Description

Job description:

  • Processing customer orders and coordination of sales administration
  • Responding to telephone, internet enquiries and responding to emails.
  • Maintaining company website, eBay and other platforms
  • Other sales , marketing and administration duties as required
  • Coordinate with the IT department with any technical related questions
  • Picking and packing customer orders
  • Ensuring all picking and packing paperwork is completed correctly
  • RF scanning, receiving and putting away stock
  • Stocktaking and general warehouse duties (cleaning, rotating stock, etc)
  • Practicing safe and correct manual handling procedures
  • Assisting customers for pickups
  • Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise

 Job requirements: 

  • Previous online, e-commerce store management experience is essential
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ ebay online store experience in a Sales coordination role is preferable
  • High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
  • Be able to work alongside all employees at every level
  • Intermediate MS Office package experience
  • Have a high attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Be highly motivated and flexible with a can do attitude
  • Fork licence license preferred but not essential
  • Ability to perform some heavy lifting

Wage: Negotiable

Working hours: 9:30am to 5:30pm
